With 40 years of experience in sales and a background in carpentry, I bring a unique blend of expertise and craftsmanship to my role in outside sales. In my free time, I enjoy skiing and camping, embracing the great outdoors. My favorite part of the job is working closely with our clients and building lasting relationships.
Born and raised in Traverse City, MI, I enjoy spending summers boating and hanging out with close friends. As the Office Administrator, I handle invoicing, scheduling, and act as the primary coordinator between our sales team and installers. Known for my split-second coordination, reliability, and strong work ethic, I thrive in a friendly work environment with the added perks of Millie and a flexible schedule.
Born and raised in Traverse City, I enjoy hiking and spending time at the beach. As an Installer, I specialize in attention to detail, strong work ethic, and problem-solving skills. My role involves installing shades and ensuring every customer is happy. My favorite part of the job is traveling, seeing amazing homes, and exploring different areas.
I’ve always been passionate about photography and cars, and I bring that same attention to detail to my work. As an installer, I specialize in installing and repairing blinds and window film. I pride myself on being resourceful, always finding solutions to get the job done right. My favorite part of the job is meeting a wide variety of people and exploring new places across the state.
Born and raised in Traverse City, MI, I spend my free time going to the gym and golfing with friends. As a Sales Representative, I specialize in understanding customers’ needs and wants while delivering exceptional customer service. My role involves sharing in-depth product knowledge to help customers feel confident in their window treatment purchases. My favorite part of the job is seeing customers light up with satisfaction once their blinds are installed.
Born and raised in Traverse City, with a stint in Orange County that broadened my horizons. As the Lead Installer, I handle warranty work, supervise projects, and ensure excellent customer relations. Outside of work, I’m passionate about cars and computers, and I excel at troubleshooting and problem-solving. My favorite part of the job is getting to experience the incredible beauty of Northern Michigan every day.
Hailing from Traverse City, MI, I bring a passion for golf, being outdoors and gaming to my downtime. As General Manager, my role is to ensure the company operates smoothly, coordinating all aspects from a high-level perspective. My attention to detail, commitment to customer service, and integrity are the foundation of my work. My favorite part of the job is the vibrant company culture and the fact that no two days are ever the same.
As the owner of the company, I oversee finance and commercial bidding, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, I enjoy boating and fishing. I pride myself on being a great communicator who is timely, motivated, and takes the initiative. My favorite part of the job is leading an incredible team that is truly dedicated to providing the best customer service experience possible.
